Pasikala Nuku'alofa Ride for Health

Pasikala Nuku'alofa's annual Ride for Health sees all ages get on their bikes.

To encourage locals to get fit and tourists to sightsee in a different way, this 7.5km fun ride starts from Pangai Lahi. All entrants get free refreshments and a t-shirt.

Tongatapu is particularly well suited to bike riding generally being of a flat landscape with stunning landscapes.

Bikes will be available for hire.
